Click here for a cool site that tracks your calories, carbs, fats, you name it. At the end of the day, it tells you… “If all your days end like this you will weigh ____ pounds by ____ date.” It adds that extra motivation to stay on track.
This other site will give you a meal plan, journals for food and exercise and other tools. I really like this one.
I’m sure you’ve heard of this one. This one is very interactive with reminders and meal plans. It has journals for food and exercise and a HUGE online community that you can chat with and learn from. There are challenges and all sorts of neat stuff on this site.
Lastly, I recommed this one. I found this one about 2 years ago and I thought it was pretty cool. It’s very similar to sparkpeople but not as interactive. Yet, a very good site!
